Product Information
The digimatic digital micrometer head is manufactured with the same precision and durability as our trusted micrometers in our own Japanese factory. The frame and spindles on Mitutoyo's micrometer heads are constructed of special hardened steel that minimizes flex and fluctuations due to temperatures for better, repeatable accuracy. The ratchet thimble provides a constant measuring force on the spindle to ensure accurate, repeatable measurements.
