Vortex rapid prep disc is the first surface conditioning product to use proprietary Vortex grain. A coarse disc will provide a surface finish like a medium or very fine disc, using one grade coarser achieves a similar finish while reducing cycle time. Rapid prep range of non-woven provides a complete solution for all metal applications. Rapid Prep combines the cutting speed of a conventional abrasive coarse grit, with the finish of a fine, reducing the number of sanding stages needed in technical blending operations.
