The easiest way to find, search and buy products from MSC is on our website - mscdirect.co.uk

There we have many features that can give you time and control when ordering industrial consumables.

Orders placed online Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day and delivered by 6.00 pm, as standard, the next working day.

Our Sales Counter is open to trade and the public. It carries a range of general consumables and handtools, PPE and safety wear which you can try on and buy. 

You can place an order for MSC products online or at the Sales Counter, and pick them up, just 20 minutes later.

Friday: 8.00am – 4.30pm 

To save time, utilise the 'Quick Order' feature if you already know the MSC SKU stock number for the desired part.

Orders placed before 6.00 pm by phone, Monday to Friday and Saturday before 12.00 pm are dispatched the same day and delivered by 6.00 pm, as standard, the next working day.

If you would like us to quote a special item that isn't in our standard offering, this is the place to do it. We can usually provide a quote within four hours or less during normal business hours.

If you are unable to find what you are looking for, depending on your criteria, we can source it using our extensive supplier network. We work with over five hundred market-leading brands and are dedicated to finding you the right tool for the job.

By using our inventory management service, known as Controlpoint, your fast-moving items can be ordered automatically when a minimum stock count is reached.
