1341 cone mandrel is used to fit rubberized abrasives cones, has 1/4in Shank. Maximum Safe Speed 20000 RPM with 1/2in overhang or less (exposed mandrel length). For each additional 1/4in of overhang the Maximum Safe Speed is decreased by at least 20%.
