Dumont #60 Collared Bush Metric Broach Set

Broaching is up-to-the minute application of tooling in accordance with the most advanced standards of metal working efficiency and economy. With a set simply select the right bushing for the bore of the work and place the broach for the desired keyway width in the bushing slot. The assembly is placed in an arbour press and the broach is pressed through. The exact depth of keyway is obtained by using a shim after each pass. Smaller broaches do not require shims.
