MSC Priority Club Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are between you and MSC Industrial Direct Co.UK, Inc., and govern your participation in the membership programme ("Priority Club") offered by MSC UK. By activating or accepting the benefits of the Priority Club Membership Programme, you accept these Terms as a binding agreement between you and MSC.

Your use of the mscdirect.co.uk website and your purchase of items from MSC UK are also governed by MSC's Terms and Conditions of Sale.

MSC may in its sole discretion modify these Terms by posting them along with a notice to your membership webpage. If any change to these terms is held to be unenforceable, that change shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms. Your continued participation in the Priority Club or receipt of benefits after any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

Benefits

As a member of the Priority Club, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including:

- Free standard DPD next working day delivery on all stocked products, except orders that include hazardous materials, liquids, oversized or large items, or dropship items shipped directly from the supplier. Note that this offer varies for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, where we only provide free 2-day delivery.

- A 10% discount on selected Metalworking products, including Threading, Turning, Milling, Holemaking, Lubricants, Metal Working Fluids, Measuring, Workholding, Toolholding, Abrasives, Saw Blades, Welding, Raw Materials, Fasteners. If you have an existing contract price/matrix agreement, you will automatically receive the better of the two available discounts.

- Exclusive promotions, including special offers from MSC.

- Invitations to VIP events hosted by MSC at our discretion.

- Monthly newsletters created by MSC Engineers and industry experts, offering valuable insights and updates.

Please note that these benefits apply to specific products sold by MSC and may be subject to restrictions based on manufacturer or supplier guidelines, stock availability, order deadlines, and delivery location. Special handling fees and/or taxes may still apply to eligible items, including those with unique delivery characteristics. Any changes to orders or shipment details could impact benefit availability. All other terms and exclusions outlined in MSC's Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to purchases made through the Priority Club Membership Programme. MSC retains the right to add, remove, or adjust benefits as needed at its own discretion.

 

Membership

Upon completion and submission of your registration, your membership will be activated within one business day. If registration is submitted after 4:30pm on Friday, your subscription will not be activated until the following Monday. By registering for the subscription, you are agreeing to the following terms: You agree to make a monthly payment of £7.95 (excluding VAT) to MSC for a minimum duration of one month. After this initial period, your subscription will automatically renew for 12 months but can be cancelled at any time by contacting our team in writing via email to sales@mscdirect.co.uk. The cancellation must be requested by the individual who initially signed up the business for the loyalty programme. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your subscription by MSC, with advance notice provided. Please note that this membership is only available for UK customers. Resellers are not permitted to register for the MSC Priority Club membership. If a reseller does attempt to register, their membership will be terminated immediately.
