Paramount Lifetime Warranty

Paramount warrants each of its industrial quality products for the useful life of the product against defects in material or workmanship. Except as specified below, if a Paramount Industrial Tool ever fails to give complete satisfaction, return it to your place of purchase, and it will be replaced free of charge.
Torque Wrenches, Torque Multipliers and Torque Testers are warranted for one year, except for calibration which is warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty:

• is subject to the disclaimers and limitations described below
• gives you specific legal rights
• is not extended to products that have been improperly used, altered, or repaired by any unauthorised entity

Exclusive remedy and claim procedure:

• The exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty for products determined to be deficient in materials or workmanship by Paramount is repair or replacement with a reconditioned tool of equal value
• The selected remedy is at the sole discretion of Paramount. In no event shall Paramount or its agents be responsible for more than the original purchase price of the product

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, whether written or oral, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement of intellectual property rights. Any and all such other warranties are hereby disclaimed by paramount. Paramount’s liability on any claim, in all circumstances whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, liability for lost profits) arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery, repair, replacement or use of the product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Paramount shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages.
