Regarded as the UK's most prestigious customer service award, the Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise consumer and B2B businesses that have implemented successful customer service strategies. The independent panel of judges indicated that it was impressed with MSC's strategic approach to customer service, noting the company's commitment to continual improvement through the use of performance measurements, such as Net Promotor Score, Trustpilot reviews and customer surveys.
